Although patients are welcome to book appointments directly, Stephen also welcomes referrals from GP colleagues seeking assistance with the assessment and management of musculoskeletal and sports medicine presentations.

Referrals can be sent directly to the clinic via email using your usual referral process, with the patient then contacting the clinic to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, you can use the Healthdirect ID listed below or search Healthshare within your practice software for auto-populated referrals.

Following assessment, Stephen will provide a comprehensive written report outlining the diagnosis, recommended investigations where appropriate, and a management plan. The service is designed to support both the referring GP and the patient by providing timely assessment and practical management recommendations, with the intention that ongoing care is transitioned back to the referring GP once the condition has stabilised and a clear treatment plan is established.
